7-Day Replacement Warranty

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.

Conditions for Exchange

• The issue must be a manufacturing defect (not physical damage or misuse)
• The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required

How to Request a Replacement

Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or items without original packaging are not eligible for exchange.

Refunds

Where a replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.
